Kandy tour/Nuwara Eliya stay:
After breakfast do a city tour of Kandy, Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a World Heritage Site. The name 'Kandy' conjures visions of splendour and magnificence. Many of the legends, traditions and folklore are still lovingly kept alive. Drive around the Kandy lake built by the last Sinhala king,  Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe in 1798. Visit the Kandy town, the bazaar, an arts & crafts centre and a gem museum / lapidary.  Also visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and thereafter witness a cultural show.
Thereafter proceed to Nuwara Eliya en-route visit a tea plantation and a tea factory, where the best tea in the world is produced. Here you could observe all about the process of manufacturing tea. You can also see how tea is graded. Taste a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the factory.
Nuwara Eliya, because of its invigorating mountain climate and scenery, is Sri Lanka's most popular hill resort. Nuwara Eliya is also the heart of Sri Lanka's tea country producing a significant share of the world's best tea. Sri Lanka's highest mountain Pidurutalagala (8282 feet) is located here. Nuwara Eliya also has one of the finest 18 hole golf courses in South Asia. Check in at Galway Forest Lodge. Overnight Stay at Galway Forest Lodge at
Nuwara Eliya.

Day 03: Adam's Peak arrival and stay:
Breakfast at Wathsala Inn. Early morning climb Adam's Peak standing 2,243 meters high. This is the country's holiest mountain. Its name derives from a claim by the early Muslims that it is the place where Adam first set foot on earth. However the more popular name is "Sripadfa"- 'sacred footprint', in the belief that Loard Buddha's foot print is found in the summit. Christians believe that its of St. Thomas (The disciple of Jesus) and Hindus, that of the God Siva. The ideal climb should be at night so as to reach the top early morning to see the almost supernatural spectacle of the magnified triangular shadow of the Peak, superimposed on the country side. Overnight stay at wathsala Inn.
Day 04: Arrival Colombo/ Colombo tour:
After breakfast proceed to Colombo via Kitulgala. Kitulgala is a small town in the west of Sri Lanka. The Kelani river (the broadest river in Sri Lanka) flowing through Kitulgala was the main location where the Oscar winning movie "The Bridge over the River Kwai" was filmed. On the hill above this town, a prehistoric cave was recently discovered containing skeletal remains from some unknown civilization. Kitulgala is also a base for white-water rafting which starts a few kilometers upstream.
Check in at The Sovereign Hotel.

Evening do a city tour of Colombo.
Colombo like many capital cities in developing countries is fast changing its face. Almost overnight, skyscrapers arise from where old buildings once stood. Yet in some parts, the old world cham is retained. For example, there is a 100-year-old clock tower and several British build colonial buildings. Other places of interest are the Pettah bazar- where one can shop for bargain, a Hindu and a Buddhist temple, residential areas-where you find stately homes of the affluent and the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH)-an outright gift to Sri Lanka from the People's Republic of China.
